Hopefully making these stop motions can become a new habit. In the future I think I will make them with my DSLR for higher quality and record them right side up. ;]

Horizontal watercolor studies. This week we finally start applying the techniques we’ve learned and begin painting objects.

Phone picture blahhh but, figuring out this whole figure painting thing finally.
When I have time I have complete faith in my ability to draw and paint the figure. I really like my self portraits. It’s these time restricted in class assignments that get me frustrated, but I cranked this dude out in under a hour. Lesson learned, if you struggle with something, don’t avoid it. Good thing I’m a quick learner and can play catch up.
